SHIPPING
  • We offer free domestic shipping on all orders, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground advantage mail for small and medium decals and USPS Priority mail for large size decals.
  • We strive to deliver your items in a timely manner, working with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
  • For international orders, shipping costs $28. Delivery times 14-30 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

RETURNS

  • We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original shipping tube for a refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details. We'll guide you through the return process and assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Once we receive the returned item and have verified that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be aware that orders exceeding $250 USD will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned.

 

DAMAGED ORDERS


We understand that sometimes orders can be damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item and provide us with pictures of the decals rolled out, along with pictures of the inside and outside of the box. We are only able to file a claim and issue a refund if we have all of this information. Once we are provided with the pictures and any relevant information, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
